Hypnosis is the process of inducing trance; a state of natural deep, relaxation and concentration. It helps you to use the power of your mind and your creative imagination to find new ways of dealing with problems and to alter unwanted patterns of behaviour. The hypnotic state enables you to access the ability of the subconscious mind to resolve deeply rooted issues.

Hypnotherapy is a combination of hypnosis and psychotherapy, allowing the exploration and resolution of concerns at the conscious and subconscious levels. As with all therapeutic endeavours the quality of the therapeutic relationship and partnership between therapist and client is central.

Hypnotherapy is a natural, drug free yet powerful way of dealing with problems. Supported by clinical research, it provides a rapid, personalised and permanent solution to many health issues. Such as trauma, stress, smoking, concentration and sport performance.

A trance state is a pleasant, relaxing and peaceful experience; much like those experiences of day dreaming, being totally lost in a book, film or music. Most people have experienced some form of deep relaxation and trance like states. Most though not necessarily all people can experience a trance state.
